📦 Shipping Areas

We currently ship across all cities within Egypt.

⏱ Processing Time

1. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation
2. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day

🚚 Delivery Time

1. Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
2. Other Governorates: 2–5 business days

💰 Shipping Fees

1. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location
2. Free shipping may be available during promotions or on selected orders

📍 Order Tracking

1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if available)

1. Please ensure your address and phone number are correct
2. Our delivery partner may contact you before delivery
3. If the customer is unavailable, re-delivery may incur extra charges

نقوم بالشحن إلى جميع محافظات مصر.

⏱ وقت تجهيز الطلب

1. يتم تجهيز الطلب خلال 1–2 يوم عمل بعد تأكيده
2. الطلبات في العطلات أو نهاية الأسبوع يتم تجهيزها في يوم العمل التالي

🚚 مدة التوصيل

1. القاهرة والجيزة: 1–3 أيام عمل
2. باقي المحافظات: 2–5 أيام عمل

💰 تكلفة الشحن

1. يتم احتساب تكلفة الشحن عند إتمام الطلب حسب الموقع
2. قد تتوفر شحن مجاني في العروض أو على بعض الطلبات

📍 تتبع الطلب

1. بعد شحن الطلب، سيتم إرسال رسالة تأكيد تحتوي على تفاصيل الشحنة (إن وجدت)
